I drive a lot for work and my lower back used to have pain very fast. This definitely makes a difference on longer drives.
I picked this up a few days ago when it first launched on the website. I’ve had a mild lumbar disc issue since last year, so sitting for long periods has been pretty uncomfortable. The Spinely cushion was already helping, but adding this really completed the setup. My lower back feels a lot more supported now. It doesn’t fix the problem, but daily sitting is much easier to handle.

I use it in car and while it provides the support I need it is on the soft side and also needs adjusting as the straps have nothing to prevent them from sliding down. Maybe room for improvement.
