Very comfortable I have lower back issues after using 2 different types this one tops the other two by miles
Works really well with office and dining chairs providing the support I need. I still use my lumbar roll as well when sitting in an easy chair. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
This was a great surprise! Long road trips resulted in agonising Piriformis pain to the point I was unable to walk after getting out of the car. Saw the add for the Spinely and bought it out of desperation. Spinely has relieved the pressure when seated in a car for over 3 hours. Has made a huge difference and reduced the pain
Great product, I use this in my car when I'm driving, though it does raise me up a bit, & I keep readjusting it when getting in & out. Overall I find it very comfy, & great quality, thank you!!
I’ve only had my Spinely for a few days, but I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly comfortable and gives great support while sitting. It feels really well made and has already made sitting for long periods so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend so far.

I bought this pillow because I wasn’t feeling comfortable in the mornings and wanted a better night’s rest. After switching, I noticed an immediate improvement. My neck feels nicely supported and I sleep much more comfortably now.
Very happy with this cushion. I suffer from severe lower back pain. After my 2-hour drive to visit my son, usually I can’t stand up straight when I reach his apartment. Since using the Spinely cushion the pain is greatly reduced. I’m about to buy another to use in the house, and have recommended it to my sister, who also suffers back pain.
